Delete your NoiseZero account and data

Applies to the NoiseZero: Cut Silence, Remove Um, Kill Noise Android app

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@noisezero.in with the subject “Delete my NoiseZero account”.
  2. Send it from the Google account email you signed in with. If you never signed in, include the device ID shown in the app under Profile, so we can find your balance.
  3. We reply to confirm, then delete your data as described below.

What we delete

  • Your Google account ID and any sign-in details linked to your NoiseZero profile.
  • Your anonymous device identifier.
  • Your AI-Minutes balance and the usage history tied to it. Unused AI Minutes are lost.

What we keep

  • Purchase confirmations held by Google Play and RevenueCat, which they keep under their own legal and accounting obligations. We can't delete these ourselves.
  • Recordings and files that live only on your device. We never hold them, so nothing to delete on our side. Remove them yourself with “Clear all local data” in Settings, or by uninstalling the app.
  • Audio uploaded for AI filler removal or cloud noise restoration is already deleted automatically as soon as each job finishes, so there is none to remove.

How long it takes

We delete the data listed above within 30 days of confirming your request. Analytics data collected through Google Firebase Analytics, where you consented to it, is deleted by Google on its own retention schedule, and we remove its link to you at the same time.

Delete some data without closing your account

In the app, Settings lets you clear all local data, and you can delete any project from your library. For anything else, email the address above and tell us what to remove.
